I saw Twilight and New Moon last night. The first time I saw Twilight I had not read the book. the second time I saw it I had read it twice. It is so much better when you read the book before the movie comes out. You learn to appreciate the characters so much better. I love both movies and I am sure I will love the next two that are out in 2010 and 2011.
I think people cut themselves short by automatically saying that they will not ready or see the series because it deals with Vampires. Mostly for religious purposes.
I believe it deals with unconditional love and that is the magic of the series.
The Human loves the vampire/werewolf without prejudice.
The Vampire loves the human and its humanity.
The Werewolf loves the human and the friend.
